The following information will help you select the right shipping method to get your order on-time:
IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION:
- Orders received after 1:00 pm EST usually ship the next "business day".
- Begin counting shipping days from the "day after" your order ships.
- Saturday, Sunday and Holidays DO NOT count as shipping days.
- Most orders ship from New York State, except for personalized or custom items and special orders.
- Orders ship within 24 hours of their receipt except personalized items that ship separately as follow:

BANNERS ship in 48 hrs. BAGS, GIFTS, FAVORS, PENS, & Imprinted Items ship within 3 weeks.
- SALES TAX is automatically charged and withheld for orders delivered to addresses within the states of.....New York, New Jersey and Texas as required by state law.
- Please note, you can not ship via UPS or FedEx to a Post Office Box address.
